A resale apartment which is located in the residential area Tasyaka in Fethiye, set in an elevated spot for distant sea views, but with the convenience of the dolmus bus service passing the entrance gates and there is a supermarket only meters away.

The apartment is located on the third floor, in a block of 12 apartments and is offered furnished.

There is a secure main entrance door at the rear which has intercom button and provides access for 4 of the apartments.

The kitchen comes equipped with tall fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven and gas hob and there is an inset sink and drainer.

There is a French door to the side aspect of the kitchen, with a dining area to seat six.

Adjacent to the kitchen/dining is a lounge area with corner sofa.

There is a good sized balcony off the lounge which benefits distant sea views, looking across Fethiye bay and also enjoying mountain views. It has a North-West facing aspect and the buildings in front have already been established, securing your view for the future.


There are UPVC double glazed doors and windows throughout and the apartment comes with voiles throughout. It is neutrally decorated and is finished throughout with ceramic tiled flooring.


Outside: The apartment is located on an established complex with shared swimming pool which benefits from sunshine from sunrise through to sunset! The complex has been finished with pretty stone walled surrounds and iron railing, with raised communal gardens planted with exotic flowers, fruit trees and shrubs. 

There are a mixture of nationalities onsite, including British and Turkish, some of whom are permanent residents.

Beneath the apartment block is a small storage depot.

LOCATION: 

Tasyaka has become very popular with all nationalities; mainly Turkish and English families in recent years, proving popular due to its central location. Tasyaka sits between the pretty harbour town of Fethiye and the holiday resort of Olu Deniz, making a great central base.

OluDeniz was made famous by its shallow waters of the Blue Lagoon and stunning beach of Belcekiz, where you can sit and watch the Paragliders above, whilst enjoying a cocktail from one of the classy beach side roof terrace bars before sunset. 

Property prices in this area are increasing and this would make a very sensible and good investment for those seeking an affordable lock up and leave holiday home, or suitable for somebody seeking all year round living/relocation.

There is a regular, reliable and cheap dolmus (bus) which runs past the apartment complex and a childrens play park in close proximity.

About the Area: 

FETHIYE itself is a thriving tourist town offering a great combination of ancient sites and modern convenience. It boasts a large marina and waterfront promenade, having a wealth of shops, seafood restaurants and bars as well as a daily fresh fish market and fruit/vegetable market in the centre of the town. The Paspatur, known as the Old City, is one of the most colourful shopping and entertainment areas of the town. Here you will find a traditional Turkish Bath (Hamam), many restaurants and bars, and various shops selling souvenirs and local goods. On the outskirts of the town an open market is held on a Tuesday, selling a wide range of local goods including clothes, shoes and linens etc as well as local produce and spices. A fruit and vegetable market is also held on a Friday where local farmers gather to sell their freshly grown produce. 

Just a couple of kilometres to the north of Fethiye the beach resort of CALIS is located and which is one of the natural breeding grounds of the caretta marine turtle in the area. It is approximately 4km long with areas of sun beds and umbrellas. Many restaurants, shops and hotels line the coast and regular water taxi boats and dolmus buses run to and from Fethiye centre. 

The stunning resort of OLU DENIZ, one of the most acclaimed in Turkey, is approximately 14km from Fethiye. The resort is low rise and spreads back gently up the mountain. There is an abundance of elegant restaurants, hotels and bars. Both the famous Oludeniz Blue Lagoon and Belcekiz Beach can easily be reached by dolmus from the centre of Fethiye. Babadag mountain, the backdrop of Olu Deniz, is a recognised area for paragliding and is deemed to be one of the best flying points in the world for this sport.

The lively resort villages of HISARONU and OVACIK are located inland above Fethiye and offer a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants. 

There are also many other bays and beaches which are reachable either by car or by boat and the area as a whole gives excellent opportunities for overseas buyers.

Year round flights are available from the UK to Dalaman, 45km to Dalaman International Airport.
