Bedroom one (furnished as a twin) is positioned to the rear and the balcony looks across to the weekly market area and resort center. It is North-West facing.

Location, Hisaronu/Ovacik Area:

The resort of Hisaronu has grown dramatically over the past few years due to the popularity of Ölü Deniz which is a short 5 minute bus ride away, to which there are free shuttle services offered by the private lagoon beaches.

Hisaronu was originally a small farming village; it is now a hive of activity during the summer months and home to many shops, hotels, villas, bars and restaurants. Hisaronu is still relatively small in size compared to some European holiday destinations which makes it a safe family friendly destination. It is overlooked by mountains and pine forestry allowing for a refreshing cool breeze during the long hot summer months.

This area has proved popular with investors as the tourism trade is rife and rental potential high. Not only is it a popular choice for British tourists but its also the number one resort for the Turkish holiday maker who flock here between June and September.

Hisaronu has plenty of activities for families which include horse/pony trekking, go-karting, children?s fairground and trampoline park, water parks and even a crazy golf.

Ovacik is the neighbouring village to the very lively tourist resort of Hisaronu and they are now subtly joined.  There are plenty of bars & restaurants scattered around Ovacik offering a mixed choice of dishes at prices to suit all.

Ovacik also has everything you could need including supermarkets and smaller convenience stores, hairdresser salons and traditional barbers, green grocers, bakers, butchers and even a hardware store.

There is a mixture of private apartment residences, hotels and private villas scattered around and the transport links are excellent with regular dolmus (bus) service to the pretty harbour town of Fethiye and trademark beach and lagoon resort of Ölüdeniz being only a 5 minute hop away which makes Ovacik an ideal base for enjoying all the diverse aspects of this captivating area whether it be for a holiday or for retirement/relocation.
