There is a hallway shared between 4 apartments, accessed from the rear of the block. The apartment is situated on first floor and second floor.

Sitting at the side of the living area there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The twin bedroom (bedroom one) sits at the rear of the property. It benefits from a West facing balcony terrace which is private, overlooking the rear gardens.

The second bedroom is situated to the front of the property and is set out as a double.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning and the units have heat, cool and dehumidify modes, to allow for year round use.

Throughout the apartment the rooms are well proportioned with high ceilings and finished with ceramic tiled floors.

The bathroom is centrally positioned between both bedrooms. It is neutrally tiled to the walls and floors and has a white bathroom suite with low level WC, pedestal wash hand basin with glass shelf, light and mirror above and there is a corner shower cubicle which is enclosed with frosted panelled doors.

To the rear of the entrance hallway there are wide marble stairs which spiral up to the second floor.

The third air-conditioned bedroom is extensive and allows full head room, finished with ceiling spot lighting. There is a small window to front aspect, together with a patio door providing access to the long roof terrace balcony (East facing)

This master bedroom is the ideal family room as its furnished with both a double bed and also a single bed.

The bedroom also benefits from its own en-suite shower room. It is neutrally tiled and has corner enclosed shower cubicle, low level WC and wash hand basin.

Throughout there are UPVC double glazed windows/doors which are fitted with fly screens.

Location, about Ovacik/Hisaronu Area:

Ovacik is the neighbouring village to the very lively tourist resort of Hisaronu.  There are plenty of bars & restaurants scattered around the village offering a mixed choice of dishes at prices to suit all which are easily reached by a short stroll along the well lit walkways.

Ovacik village provides everything that you could need from supermarkets, green grocers, butchers, barbers and hairdressers, together with car hire companies and excursion reps to name but a few!

For those with families there is a choice of two water parks in Ovacik with one being situated less than 500m from the site.

For those not wishing to stray far during the hot day time, there is a nice friendly residents bar which serves a range of snacks and drinks and also has a pool table and table tennis. Just outside of the site entrance gates there is a quiet public childrens park.

The transport links are excellent with regular dolmus (bus) service to the pretty harbour town of Fethiye (5.6km North West) and trademark beach and lagoon resort of Ölüdeniz (5.8km South) making it an ideal base for enjoying all the diverse aspects of this captivating area. The dolmus bus service runs all year round and is a popular means of transport due to its reliability and reasonable prices.

This area has proved popular with investors as the tourism trade is rife and rental potential fantastic. It is also a favoured choice by ex-pats seeking relocation and year round living.

Neighbouring Hisaronu was originally a small farming village; it is now a hive of activity during the summer months and home to many shops, hotels, villas, bars and restaurants. Hisaronu is still relatively small in size and is overlooked by mountains and pine forests allowing for a refreshing cool breeze during the long hot summer months.

Hisaronu has plenty of activities for families which include horse/pony trekking, go-karting, childrens fairground and trampoline park, water park and crazy golf.

The center of resort also hosts a weekly market on a Monday so a great place to haggle and purchase some gifts, home wares, clothes/textiles or locally grown fresh produce.

The resort of Hisaronu has grown dramatically over the past few years due to the popularity of Ölü Deniz which is a short bus ride away to which there is a free shuttle service which services the private Lagoon beaches and can be arranged to pick you up from outside the complex entrance.

The center of Hisaronu is only 2.4km from the apartments site (to which the dolmus bus service runs past) however its a flat, paved walkway. A slow walk would be around 25-30 minutes, but just a few minutes drive.
