The resort of Hisaronu has grown dramatically over the past few years due to the popularity of Ölü Deniz Beach and its famous Blue Lagoon which is a short 5 minute drive away to which there is a free shuttle service offered by some of the private lagoon beaches and is also serviced by the regular, reliable and cheap dolmus bus service.
