For those wishing to have an easy option (particularly if seeking rental investment) there is an optional seasonal clean service available onsite which provides a daily room check and linen change every third day (Cost applicable of £500 per apartment)
All of the apartments onsite are privately owned, although the site is very much ran like a hotel which has proved successful with owners being offered a stress free holiday home or rental investment unit to provide peace of mind whether you are there onsite or back in your resident country.
The annual maintenance fee for pool and garden maintenance is £500 per year.

The site is ideally situated on the edge of Hisaronu/Ovacik.
The center of lively Hisaronu is a 10 minute stroll (900m)
The amenities of Ovacik are only 450m with plenty of choice of restaurants and shops practically on your doorstep.
The main dolmus bus service is reached just 450m from the site which services, Fethiye-Ovacik/Hisaronu-Olu Deniz Beach all year round for a reliable and cheap transport link.

The resort of Hisaronu has grown dramatically over the past few years due to the popularity of ÖlüDeniz which is a short 5 minute bus ride away to which the lagoon beaches offer a free shuttle service from the complex gates.
Hisaronu was originally a small farming village, it is now a hive of activity during the summer months and home to many shops, hotels, villas, bars and restaurants.
Hisaronu is still relatively small in size and overlooked by mountains and pine forest allowing for a refreshing cool breeze during the long hot summer months.
This area has proved popular with investors as the tourism trade is rife and rental potential fantastic.
