This small complex is in the center of Hisaronu, set in a slightly elevated spot to afford the best views of Hisaronu village below and the Taurus mountain range beyond. 

The developments site has been carefully chosen to ensure that it is not affected by the many restaurants, bars & nightlife on offer in the lively resort, yet still within a 1 minute stroll from the town centre and its excellent amenities. The resort protects its residents with a noise restriction implemented by local Jandarma for a quiet environment after midnight.

A regular dolmus bus service to Olu Deniz beach and surrounding towns departs from the centrum regularly and is a cheap and reliable means of transport. The bus service runs all year round.

Due to the hillside setting it is not advised for those with walking difficulties as this complex has several steps at the entrance, but it is suitable as a second home or rental investment due to its excellent and prime location and could easily be adapted for year round living, as a relocation home.

It has use of a lovely communal swimming pool which is shared between only 11 other apartments and the pool area benefits from beautiful mountain views. The pool measures 80m2 and is surrounded by a good sized sunbathing terraces with ample space for all residents to place sun loungers.

The maintenance fee is £350 per year and this includes a £100 slush fund.

The complex is made up of privately owned 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with some permanent residents and some owners using for holiday homes/rental investment.

The site is established and has well planted gardens. It is gated and can be accessed from both the front and rear of the complex. It is well lit during the evenings.

Due to the complex size there is a lovely community feel between residents and there is a committee set up to attend to annual maintenance and which keeps the site well maintained.


This resale apartment comes unfurnished accept for aircons, curtains and light fittings which are to remain, but the sellers are open to offers on the furnishings if the new owners wished for them to remain.

Directly ahead of the entrance doorway there is a double bedroom which is of good size. It has double glazed patio door and single window on rear aspect, providing access to the balcony terrace.

The bedroom is air-conditioned which is dual temperature (cool/heat) and has ceramic tiled flooring.

To the left side of the entrance hallway there is a bathroom. There is a white bathroom suite which comprises of low level WC, wash hand basin and bathtub with shower over with splash screen door. The bathroom is fully tiled to the walls and floors in contrasting colour scheme of cream and burgundy ceramic tiles.

Location, Hisaronu/Ovacik Area:

The resort of Hisaronu has grown dramatically over the past few years due to the popularity of Ölü Deniz which is a short 5 minute bus ride away to which there is a free shuttle service nearby which services the private Lagoon beaches.

Hisaronu was originally a small farming village; it is now a hive of activity during the summer months and home to many shops, hotels, villas, bars and restaurants. Hisaronu is still relatively small in size and overlooked by mountains and pine forest allowing for a refreshing cool breeze during the long hot summer months.

This area has proved popular with investors as the tourism trade is rife and rental potential fantastic.

Hisaronu has plenty of activities for families which include horse/pony trekking, go-karting, childrens fairground and trampoline park, water park and crazy golf.

Ovacik is the neighbouring village to the very lively tourist resort of Hisaronu.  There are plenty of bars & restaurants scattered around the village offering a mixed choice of dishes at prices to suit all.

The transport links are excellent with regular dolmus (bus) service to the pretty harbour town of Fethiye (10 minutes) and trademark beach and lagoon resort of Ölüdeniz only a 5 minute hop away, making it an ideal base for enjoying all the diverse aspects of this captivating area.
