Throughout, the radiators are worked through a heat pump system, which is a cost effective source of energy and an excellent energy efficient heat source for your home and provides savings on your electric, without changing the comfort level in your home.

Adjacent to the lounge, there is a dining area which comfortably seats 6. The dining area has patio doors on 3 aspects for a bright interior.

The kitchen is separate from the lounge/living area and sits at the rear of the property. It again has glass panelled double doors, from the lounge. The kitchen is spacious and well planned. It is finished with a high quality Franke range of units in white high gloss, black granite work surfaces and designer wall tiles. All white goods are to remain which includes 5 ring gas hob, island cooker hood/chimney, integrated electric oven and microwave, American fridge/freezer. Location, Hisaronu/Ovacik Area:

The resort of Hisaronu has grown dramatically over the past few years due to the popularity of Ölü Deniz Beach and its famous Blue Lagoon which is a short 5 minute drive away, to which there is a free shuttle service offered by some of the private lagoon beaches and which are also serviced by the regular, reliable and cheap dolmus bus service which can be caught from just 100m from the villa.

Hisaronu was originally a small farming village; it is now a hive of activity during the summer months and home to many shops, hotels, villas, bars and restaurants. Hisaronu is still relatively small in size compared to other Turkish tourist resorts but is well known for its hospitality and stunning views, being overlooked by mountains and pine forest which allows for a refreshing cool breeze during the long hot summer months.

This area has proved popular as the tourism trade is rife and rental potential great, making it a desirable area for investors.

Hisaronu is popular with families due to the amenities in resort which include three water parks, go-karting track, crazy golf, childrens fairground and trampoline park and also pony/horse riding to name a few.

Ovacik is the neighbouring village to the very lively tourist resort of Hisaronu. There are a few bars & restaurants scattered around the village offering a mixed choice of dishes to suite all tastes and budgets and the closest restaurant and shop is less than 100m from the villa.

The transport links are excellent with regular dolmus (bus) service to the pretty harbour town of Fethiye and Ölüdeniz, making it an ideal base for enjoying  all the diverse aspects of this captivating area.

About the Surrounding Area :

Fethiye boasts a large marina and waterfront promenade dotted with

cafes and seafood restaurants and offers a great combination of ancient sites and modern convenience. Just a couple of kilometres to the north of Fethiye the beach resort of Calis is located which can easily be reached either by local dolmus or the water taxi which operates half hourly from Fethiye harbour. The resort of Oludeniz, one of the most acclaimed in Turkey, is low rise and spreads back gently up the mountain offering a great choice of restaurants, bars, shops and hotels. The resort villages of Hisaronu and Ovacik are located inland above Fethiye and offer a good choice of bars and restaurants and excellent opportunities for overseas property buyers.
