Location, Hisaronu/Ovacik Area:

The resort of Hisaronu has grown dramatically over the past few years due to the popularity of Ölü Deniz Beach and its famous Blue Lagoon which is a short 5 minute drive away, to which there is a free shuttle service offered by some of the private lagoon beaches.

Hisaronu was originally a small farming village; it is now a hive of activity during the summer months and home to many shops, hotels, villas, bars and restaurants. Hisaronu is still relatively small in size compared to other Turkish tourist resorts but is well known for its hospitality and stunning views, being overlooked by mountains and pine forest which allows for a refreshing cool breeze during the long hot summer months.
